On the morning of September 8, the groundbreak ceremony of 44 major projects in Q3, 2021 took place in Jingzhou. Wu Jin, Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee present and announced the commencement.
Zhou Zhihong, Vice Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor of Jingzhou Municipal People’s Government, hosted the ceremony. The commencement is a specific measures that Jingzhou deeply implementing the spirit of Provincial Party Secretary Ying Yong’s inspection tour of Jingzhou, advancing the campaign of “Breaking the rigid mindset to seek breakthrough in development, and striving to build Jingzhou as a regional central city”, as well as assisting to achieve annual target of the city.Departments at all levels should offer wholehearted service to enterprise whenever requested, take initiative to serve and assist the project construction, promote the construction to be completed, the project to be put into operation and the productions to be made as soon as possible.
Present leaders were Duan Changlin, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Congress, Jiang Hong, Member of the Standing Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Liu Hui, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, Zhu Yehong, Secretary of Party Leadership Group of Yangtze University. The groundbreaking ceremony set up the main venue in Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and branch venues in all counties and cities.
It is learned that 44 projects are belong to the manufacturing industry with investment per project exceeding 100 million yuan. The total investment of the project will be 15.33 billion yuan, including the project of photovoltaic material industrial park (Phase II) invested by Jingzhou Nengyao New Materials Co., Ltd, Sai’ao Bio-technology API and intermediate project, and Jiahua Technology Oilfield Application New Material Project. The annual plan is to complete an investment of 3.83 billion yuan.
